Lutein -supports macular pigment

  • Leafy greens

  • Spinach

  • Carrot

  • Berries

  • Mango

  • Beets

  • Cantaloupe

  • Peanut butter

Blueberry Mango Delight

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup water

½ cup blueberries -fresh or frozen

½ cup strawberries -fresh or frozen

½ cup mango -frozen

1 handful baby spinach

1 serving vanilla plant protein powder

Add liquids to blender, then fruits, leafy greens and protein powder. Mix on high speed until all ingredients are smooth.
