Nut milk i.e. almond milk, coconut milk
Whole fruit (this is how blending is different from juicing)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup water
½ cup blueberries -fresh or frozen
½ cup strawberries -fresh or frozen
½ cup mango -frozen
1 handful baby spinach
1 serving vanilla plant protein powder
Add liquids to blender, then fruits, leafy greens and protein powder. Mix on high speed until all ingredients are smooth.
